• The investigation of families’ status at the Lagos Land Registry and Survey department.
• Verification of the Federal/State Government Schemes.
• Direct Allocation/Certificate of Occupancies, Governor’s Consent, Regularization etc.
B. Legal Drafting/Property Conveyance documents/engrossment: including Deed of Assignment, Power of Attorney, Form 1C, Standard Purchase Receipt etc.
C. Title Perfection: we engage in perfection of titles like: Regularization, Procuring direct allocations, Certificate of Occupancies, Governor’s Consent, amongst others. We have a reputation for record time delivery in title perfection.
D. We collaborate with Associate Architects in drawing and processing approvals for building plans. We further engage the services of our Associate engineers in the process of construction which must be done to the best international standards and in line with Client’s budget and specifications.
E. Property Management/Sales: We engage in professional management of properties, both residential and commercial, and we implore best universal ethics and practices to the admiration of all Clients.
F. We further engage in buying/selling of properties (land or developed) on behalf of Our Clients. We have the necessary structures and contacts to embark on extensive networking with a view to striking the best deals within record time.
